DEXTF aims to be the "Asset management on-demand", a protocol on the blockchain that lets anyone create a digital fund in minutes andenables investors to seamlessly invest in funds worldwide.Creating truly decentralized custody: a key feature to create a flourishing Digital Asset Management industry, reducing the risk related to centralized assets. Essentially the company is an enabling technology that allows delegation of investment decisions to professional third-parties without transferring ownership of Digital Assets. Our goal is to upgrade the fund management industry which today is based on outdated infrastructure (a complex set of intermediaries with related inefficiencies, old databases, and legal agreements).Our protocol (DEXTF) connects investors and asset managers directly onto our platform without the need for intermediaries. The underlying assets that can be used in a fund are fully digital and an investor can only use cryptocurrency as an investment. At no point, our platform holds or transfer fiat currencies or traditional securities. Employees or the software itself never influence the choice of investments or have any input in funding decisions. Cryptocurrency funds are pledged by the investor directly with the asset manager and never put in custody in the company accounts.The first version of DEXTF is on Ethereum Blockchain and will be live July 2020, allowing portfolio managers to monetize investment ideas on the cryptocurrency market.We seeks a $1.5m pre-A round investment in order to scale our infrastructure, we are open to talk with specific investor for a mid-round if they are beneficial to our growth.
