Company Profile ANOR Technologies Pte Ltd (hereinafter called the ANOR) is a Singapore-based start-up company established to commercialise the Terahertz Scanning technology developed by A*STAR. A*STAR team comes up with a Terahertz Scanning method for identification of drugs, in pure forms of both solid and liquid medicine, packed in various materials.To deploy the technology for public safety application, ANOR has been developing the patented technology for illicit drugs identification. Since most realistic drugs are mixture of multiple components, it is critical to prove that the Terahertz Scanning technology is capable of mixture component identification. ANOR is self-positioned as a high-tech start-up in R&D and commercialisation of Terahertz smart detection product and solution for security applications. ANOR is collaborating with local IHLs (A*STAR, NUS and NTU) in the areas including THz scanning technology, chemical analysis and artificial intelligence (AI). ANOR is also exploring collaborations with HSA (Health Sciences Authority) and OCSTO (the Office of the Chief Science & Technology Officer) of MHA (Ministry of Home Affairs) in the forensic science sector to address the most challenging demands unsolved.
