Company Profile OM 88 is a a joint venture between two Singapore companies founded in July 2022 to deliver technological solutions to make a sustainable maritime ecosystem a reality. The founders comprises of veterans in the maritime, marine & offshore, as well as the renewable sector, who are passionate in taking real and practical actions against climate change. This will eliminate the need for extensive seafront space being taken up by charging infrastructure.2. Provide shoreside power supply to vessels to reduce their carbon emission during their time in anchorages.Moving forward, the team also envision the technology being developed for offshore application, in synergy with the various marine renewable technologies (e.g. offshore wind, floating PV, tidal energy etc.) that are being developed around the world, potentially providing offshore charging/power kiosk for vessels travelling the seas.
